3DX Render Studio (“we”, “us”) is an architectural visualization studio based in Southern California, USA. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit 3dxdesign.net or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to answer your inquiry and deliver your project, and we never sell your information.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, contact us or become a client, you may share your name, email address, phone number, company, project details and project files such as plans, drawings, CAD or BIM models, photos and reference images.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes basic technical data when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you request and the time of your visit — to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose problems.
Cookies. This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote.
- To produce, review and deliver your project.
- To communicate with you about your project, invoices and scheduling.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your project files
Plans, drawings and other materials you send us are used only to produce your project. We treat them as confidential and do not share them with anyone outside our team except the service providers described below. We're happy to sign a confidentiality agreement on request. Finished visuals may appear in our portfolio unless you ask us to keep a project private.
When we share information
We share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers that help us run our business — for example website hosting, email and file-transfer services — who may use it only to provide those services to us.
- Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, our clients or others.
- Business transfers, if our studio is ever merged or sold, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and project files for as long as needed to complete your project, support later revisions or re-renders, and meet record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live — including California — you may have additional rights under local law, and we will not treat you differently for exercising them. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Do Not Track.Because we do not track visitors across other websites, browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change how this site behaves.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and the site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Our site may link to other websites or platforms. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
